Went to Regal Cinema last weekend the food kind of ruined the whole thing. The popcorn tasted like it had been sitting around forever, and it was barely warm, so I’m not sure who thought that was okay to serve.
The drink wasn’t much better either. It was flat, packed with ice, and way too expensive for what it was. To be fair, the staff did swap it out, but the second one was still poor, so that didn’t really fix much.
The cinema itself was fine, no real complaints there, but I definitely wouldn’t bother buying snacks again. If they’re going to charge that much, the least they can do is make sure the food and drinks are fresh.

The volume was so loud that I couldn’t really hear things properly.

I went to watch a film and the seats were just awful. They felt hard cramped and had no real support at all. My back started hurting about halfway through which made it hard to enjoy the movie. Not great when you are stuck sitting there for 2 hours

Parking was a total pain. Took me forever to find a spot, and by the time I got inside, I’d already missed the start. Yeah, I don’t think I’ll be going back there

I had a hard time getting to the seats, so it wasn’t the best experience for wheelchair access

The cinema just didn’t feel clean at all. The floors were sticky, the seats were messy, and the toilets were in bad shape. It’s the kind of thing that feels totally preventable with a bit more regular cleaning and attention

I went to Regal expecting a easy movie night, but the queues were such a headache. I had to wait ages just to get tickets and snacks, and for a busy time it really felt like they didn’t have enough staff on. I don’t mind a short wait, but this was just wasting my time.

By the time I finally got everything sorted, I was already irritated and nearly missed the start of the movie. It kind of ruined the whole mood for me, and I left feeling like the experience wasn’t worth the hassle. I’m definitely not in a rush to go back

I went in ready to enjoy the movie, but the price of popcorn and drinks took the shine off it before the film even started. When the snacks cost that much, it just doesn’t feel worth it from the customer side. I’ll still go for the films, but I won’t be buying snacks there again

The place just felt really cold and dull from the moment I walked in. The staff looked fed up, and anytime something came up it felt like they just hid behind “policy” instead of trying to be helpful. The whole vibe was awkward and uncomfortable, and I didn’t enjoy being there at all. Probably won’t be going back.

I tried to book two tickets, and the payment actually went through, but I never got a confirmation email. The site kept freezing over and over, so I was just sitting there refreshing and wondering if I’d been charged for nothing. It felt like I was trapped in the process with no way to move forward or back out. I reached out to support, but they weren’t helpful at all. Ended up wasting my whole evening on something that should’ve taken a few minutes.

I don’t know what happened, but ticket prices feel kind of ridiculous now. I used to think it was worth going, but at these prices I’m just confused how they expect people to pay that much. Doesn’t really feel worth it anymore.

The staff didn’t seem friendly at aaall. I asked a simple question and it felt like I was somehow bothering them just by being there.

I was really hoping this would be decent, but the screen looked so dim and blurry that using it was more of a guessing game than anything else. love spending money on something I can barely see.

Every time I check, it feels like it’s the same films showing up again and again. On the surface there are options, but reading between the lines, there really isn’t much variety. I was hoping for a better mix, but it gets old quickly.

I tried booking a couple of times, but the available showtimes were really limited. For me, the biggest issue was that there wasn’t much after normal work hours, which is usually the only time I can go. It just made the whole thing feel harder than it should be.

The staff came off kinda rude, and when our tickets got messed up they weren’t really helpful at all. I was hoping they’d at least try to sort it out, but it felt like they just didn’t care much tbh...
